广告需知
◆刊登的广告需遵守中华人民共和国《广告法》和相关法律法规的规定,并在签订协议前提供《广告法》规定交验
的相关证件。
◆本刊有权审查广告内容和表现形式,对不符合法律、法规,违背国家新闻出版规定的广告内容和表现形式,甲方
应要求乙方作出修改,乙方作出修改前,甲方有权拒绝发布。
◆广告主有义务保证广告内容是真实的、合法的。
◆为维护本刊质量和客户利益,本公司有权对不符合有关法律法规的广告予以修改直至撤换,如有设计不符本刊标
准的稿件,在征得客户同意后,本刊可对设计进行修正或重新设计。
◆如果广告客户或广告公司取消原订单或协议的任何一部分,一切原定价格和广告位置将予作废;

◆We reserve the right to verify the contents and patterns of advertisement and ask advertisers to modify those illegal ones.
Otherwise we are entitled to refuse publishing.
◆Advertisers should guarantee that their advertisement is true and legal.
◆To assure our quality and readers’ interest, we can modify or even change illegal or improper advertisement and redesign or
modify advertisement against our requirements with client’s consent in advance.
◆If clients or advertisement companies cancel any part of the original order or agreement, the original price and pages are all in
