Reuter Communications, an Asia focused integrated luxury marketing agency, has opened its first office in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) in Dubai. This is the Agency’s third office after Shanghai and Hong Kong.

This new office provides enhanced local and on the ground capabilities to Middle East businesses wanting to develop strategic marketing and digital communications initiatives to attract luxury Chinese and Asian travelers.

“The MENA region is seeing a huge rise in popularity from discerning visitors from China and Asia. We’re now seeing a boom in requests from businesses in the luxury, hospitality and travel sectors from the Middle East,” said Chloe Reuter (pictured), Founder and CEO, Reuter Communications. “Our new office in Dubai will provide a bridge to Middle East businesses and brands that want to engage China’s affluent consumer and build their awareness in Asia.”

Reuter Communications will offer a comprehensive range of marketing and communications services including helping MENA businesses establish their China and Asia social media and digital presence, public relations strategy, and communications support.

The Middle East is increasingly becoming a popular tourist and business destination for Asian and Chinese travelers. Growth is being driven by travel incentives including visa on arrival for Chinese nationals visiting the United Arab Emirates, and the rising sophistication of Chinese travelers who are seeking new destinations off the beaten path. In addition, China’s One Belt, One Road initiative, which cuts through the region, has the potential to put MENA on the map for travel savvy Chinese. Shopping is vital to most Chinese tourists’ plans. Up to 25% of luxury goods sold in Mall of the Emirates are purchased by Chinese tourists.
